Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, cashiering, and store cleaning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
