Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining an organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and upholding ALDI's commitment to exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain cleanliness
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Contribute to store inventory counts and accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
