Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player, we want you on our team!

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
