Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team and provide outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
