Job Description

Join ALDI as a vital member of our team in the position of Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to an outstanding customer shopping experience at ALDI.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and follow procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work in a team and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
