Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P principles in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in equipment operation and maintaining store standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
