Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Capable of operating equipment and complying with company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
