Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and adhere to company policies
• Operate equipment and handle cash transactions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior experience in retail is preferred
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
