Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
