Store Team Member

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member and be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and restock merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Retail experience preferred
