Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the team
• Report product issues and contribute to inventory control
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow all company policies and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
