Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
