Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Conduct store inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain store cleanliness
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
