Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with the team to create an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure and confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Meet state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
