Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer experience. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will involve merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security of information
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Capable of safely using equipment and performing general cleaning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
