Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an orderly manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
