Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
