Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• High school diploma or equivalent
