Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
