Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team and contribute to the success of our store. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
