Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly by performing various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team and providing exceptional customer service will be key to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely operate equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
