JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for key in-store operations such as merchandising, cashiering, and customer service. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
