Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a versatile member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining store security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
