Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory counts and report product issues
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security measures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
