Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
