Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store remains organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
