Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist with inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
