Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate equipment safely and assist in store maintenance tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
