Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
