Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and adhere to company policies
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure store security
• Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and company equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
