Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the ALDI team.
• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and product feedback.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
