Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations, from merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and ensuring a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, merchandise stock, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cashier operation and equipment handling
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
