Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Help monitor and manage inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is a plus
