Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs by providing exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and monitoring
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies
• Follow company procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Experience in retail is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
