Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Full-Time

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
