Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their shopping experience with exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages if required by state and local regulations.
