Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a key part of our store operations, you will handle various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Performing cashier duties and welcoming customers with outstanding service.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and communicating clearly to management.
• Providing feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs.
• Participating in inventory counts and adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
