Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback to management and assist in inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to follow company policies, handle equipment, and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
