Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide prompt and courteous service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform physical tasks as required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
