Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and uphold security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to follow instructions
