Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in daily tasks
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and support team members
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively
• Prior retail experience preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
