Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and product stocking. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise neatly and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
