Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's cleanliness, stocking products, operating the cashier, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures, uphold security standards, and handle confidential information

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
