Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, fully stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to create a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding service.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and security procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
