Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash register and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
