We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a secure and efficient shopping environment.
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
