Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
