Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company policies.
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
