Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness, all while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
