Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service. As a Full-Time team member, you will earn a starting wage of $17.00 per hour for 32-40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include processing purchases, stocking shelves, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with team members and management. You will need to meet physical demands such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds, as well as possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
